The hotel's location is perfect, situated right on the seafront away from the hustle and bustle but just a short walk from the boulevard. The rooms offer stunning mountain views with balconies for a touch of serenity. The service is exceptional with convenient amenities. However, the dining options could be more diverse, and some facilities may need updating.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location is superb, situated right at the Soller harbor, offering stunning views of the mountains. The rooms, although spacious, had an extra bed squashed in which was a bit inconvenient. The service was top-notch, with options for room service and bicycle hire. However, the dining experience, particularly the traditional shabu-shabu, was not to my liking.
This hotel surprised me with its hidden gems. The rooms were spacious and modern, clean with breathtaking balcony views. However, the extra charges for amenities were a little annoying. The service was outstanding, making me feel truly pampered.
